Import Fees and Taxes
If you are shopping with us internationally, your parcel may be subject to taxes and handling fees. Unfortunately this is completely out of our control and so we are not responsible for any extra fees you may have to pay. For more information on this please contact your local customs office.
Process Time, Shipping and Delivery
Processing time takes up to 5 working days. This excludes weekends and bank holidays. Please note that an influx of orders may slightly increase this time.
Royal Mail will attempt to deliver your parcel between 2 to 4 working days. This will differ for international delivery, in this case you are able track your parcel.
Once your order has been shipped the parcel is entirely out of our control. If there are any issues with a delayed or lost parcels please contact us via email.
Returns and Refunds
We do not offer any returns. Once you make your purchase, the sale is final. If you have an issue with your parcel please contact us via email and a partial refund may be offered.
Cancellations
We only accept cancellations within 24 hours of your purchase. There will be a processing fee of 20p plus 4% and shipping is not refundable. Any refunds made may take up to 7 working days to show in your bank account, although this normally takes less time.
