IMPORT FEES AND TAXES
If you are placing an international order, your parcel may be subject to customs taxes and handling fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely outside of our control. As a result, we are not responsible for any additional fees incurred. PROCESSING TIME SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Processing time is up to 2 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. During busy periods or restocks, processing times may be slightly extended.
Royal Mail aims to deliver UK parcels within 2–4 working days. Delivery times for international orders will vary, and tracking will be available for these shipments.
Once your order has been dispatched, the parcel is no longer within our control. If you experience any issues such as delays or a lost parcel, please contact us via email and we will assist you.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
If you encounter an issue with your parcel, please contact us via email. In certain cases, a partial refund may be offered.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that a processing fee of £0.20 + 4% will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.
Refunds may take up to 7 working days to appear in your bank account, although they typically clear sooner.
